SILK Laser Clinics successful listing on the ASX

We are pleased to announce the successful listing of SILK Laser Clinics on the ASX. This is a significant day in the history of the Company, and an amazing milestone. SILK was co-founded by CEO, Martin Perelman, in 2009 in Adelaide with a single clinic. Our partnership with SILK began in January 2018, and since then, we have supported SILK in its journey to become a national leader in the Australian non-surgical aesthetics market, taking its network of clinics from 12 to over 50 and growing.

Congratulations and thank you to the SILK team – it’s been a massive few years, and a tremendous effort by all involved in getting the business to where it is today. We have thoroughly enjoyed the partnership and are excited for SILK’s journey ahead as a listed company.
