Some of the key strategic projects executed during our partnership with Advent included refining a franchisee partnership model, which made earning a SILK site more accessible to a larger pool of potential partners, accelerating our network clinic expansion – at one stage, we were doing one new clinic a week, acquiring a competitor, which provided us with access to the New South Wales market, acquiring a skincare company, which allowed us to capture greater margins by being vertically integrated. We also made a key strategic change to our product and service mix, moving to a higher average transaction and repeatable revenue, for a higher baseline for long-term sustainable growth.
