What I really liked was that Advent essentially backs the management team to run the business. The pace of change of growth certainly accelerated, and they provided the people and tools to help us during that growth. We grew from 12 clinics to 120 clinics in three and a half years. Being part of the broader Advent family also gave us access to Advent’s internal resources to help support us when required. Advent brought a new level of governance and structure to our business, which was what was required as the company accelerated in the early years of our partnership.
