RMS Cloud (‘RMS’) is a developer of cloud-based Property Management Software that is used by accommodation providers (e.g.  hotels, motels, serviced apartments, resorts and holiday park operators) to manage the day-to-day functions of their properties. Headquartered in Melbourne, RMS has users in over 70 countries and 170+ staff across Australia, Europe and the Middle East, Asia and North America. RMS’ software supports mission critical functions for its customers including front end functions (e.g.  guest reservations, check-in/outs, channel management) and back-end functions (e.g. house-keeping, reporting and analytics).  

The Opportunity

RMS is an opportunity for Advent Partners to partner with the company’s Founder to support continued scaling in offshore markets as well as supporting the broadening of RMS’ offering in relevant adjacencies.
